That’s exactly what I posted above thanks to your earlier link. I even extracted the graphs for them and provided an Exec summary because I knew they wouldn’t click the link before responding. They haven’t considered my post before posting their usual defensive idiotic responses.

They are muppets I’m afraid who believe in Boris and his lockdowns. Nothing, no facts, will change their ingrained beliefs. Unfortunately they represent a good portion of those across the country who voted for Boris and Brexit. It’s really saddening to see how dense the average person is and how they are prepared to follow the pied piper in the face of irrefutable facts and lies.
muppets, idiots etc..

could you tell us, what gain will the world leaders see by destroying their economies and borrowing more than they ever have?

Lol. Let me know how I've miss-quoted you. Covid infections, hospitalisations and deaths are on the rise. wink

I think it's wrong to focus on covid only, it's just a part of a much bigger problem.
That’s all the government are doing now is focusing on COVID or hadn’t you noticed that!

Case, more cases, lockdowns, more lockdowns. Forget the other 99% of illnesses, mental issues, lack of diagnosis, postponing operations, lack of treatment for cancers etc. Spending £1b per day! Rather borrowing it!!

You are on another planet. Say one thing do another.

The facts do not support the current response to COVID. End of.

I think it's you who is forgetting the other illnesses.

if you let covid roam it'll by default result in other illnesses getting no attention because the hospitals will be full and people will be turned away.

can you tell me Phil. How would you deal with this?

what would you do?

Sorry, missed that.

Agreed, it is the start of 'the season' and keeping a close eye on trends is essential, and ICU capacity.

Right now though the deaths aren't following the steep rise of either what they happened in March or current positive test results.

All you do when you are out of your depth is ask questions. One after the other, after the other. Check your posts today if you don’t believe me. You appear unable to assimilate new information then agree or disagree with a reasoned argument associated with the new information. Why should I take the time to respond to each of your dumb questions when you can’t provide a sensible response to one of mine?

Please explain to me where in these ONS government figures there is ANY sign of a continuing COVID pandemic! No tin foil stuff here, government facts!

- Average all deaths in 2020 are the same as for the past 5 years.
- Influenza deaths presently are higher than COVID deaths.
- There is a small rise in COVID related deaths presently but nothing like the increase in March when the pandemic occurred.
- The number of deaths presently involving COVID compared to other deaths is so miniscule that you cant see the blue on the second graph.

Where is your argument now for continued lockdowns and draconian restrictions on our movement at the cost of thousands of excess deaths for other causes and billions to the economy?

Come on all you COVID worriers, lets here you argue your case against what the government data says smile

One day on and the ‘boys’ still don’t have a single argument to warrant the continuation of lockdown restrictions based on the government’s own figures. Point proven. laugh

The Whole argument around the National Covid Service being overwhelmed shouldn’t still be raging. They’ve had six months to respond to this, they built the Nightingales and seemingly don’t want to use them?
All this extending the furlough Scheme crap and Eat out to help out and whatever other nonsense, why the hell didn’t they use the money to increase bed capacity to the point where it won’t be overwhelmed and let those who want to crack on?

I’ve had a look back at your comments over the past 24hrs and can’t find anything coherent related to justifying ‘the continuation of lockdown restrictions based on the government’s own figures.’ I’ll happily respond if you want to clarify your serious point amongst all the love in that you and young grudas are having over me smile

You just proved my point cos’ you are out of your depth and can’t put up a single coherent argument against what the government’s own figures are showing. Roll on the next silly comment from young grudas laugh

I responded with my views on it yet you sit here rambling and ignoring any response that disagrees with your views. I even explained why I believe it is what it is.

Yet you're coming back with your weak arse diggs at me. Your credibility is low already don't drop it any lower.

Feels like you're attempting to look smart by posting your pie charts that literally disagree with your views.

Funny way of having a discussion. Not the first conspiracy theorists to end up in the same hole. It's okay, just come back a few months later with a different username and we'll forget about you.

The ‘lag’ between restrictions being brought in, and results being seen is interesting. It looks as though the restrictions brought in recently, may actually be having the desired effect.

Please just copy one of your responses that your refer to above as ’one of your views’ and I will consider and respond accordingly. So far, including above, all I read is waffle.

Edited to say. I’ve been on here since 2003 when I bought my first TVR. Not about to come back with a new account/user name. As you say I am an old man smile
