You won't be asking how it's affray if he clonks you with his sledgehammer though.
We don't live in Minority Report. You won't be asking how it's affray if he clonks you with his sledgehammer though.
Anyway like I say, you left wing wokings can argue about the exact charges that should be pressed. I'll be here ready to jump in and save yo' ass if he goes off on one with the sledgehammer. We'll see whos clever then.

I have to say jakesmith has improved this thread no end
Let's just say there's some irony in the same anti-police posters who were recently cheerleading for this utter waste of oxygen who annoys people on purpose, now getting wound up at my apparently average understanding of the legal system! One for them to think on perhaps.

I have no intention of watching whatever it is on YT but the sort of nonces who go out deliberately provoking a response from the police deserve whatever they get.
.
A nonce is slang for a sex offender who targets children. There is no evidence this individual targets children for sexual purposes. I think you might want to edit your ignorant comments..

Apparently, the identity of ‘Auditing Britain’ has now been revealed and confirmed online. I wonder how he would feel if people turned up outside his house pointing a camera?
As long as you are on the pavement which is public property you can film what you like. he can ask nicely to stop but there isnt a law that says you have to.Oh that would be ironic if a video appeared on YouTube of him being baited

There is no black and white answer to that. What's the American definition of harassment?
He would be a bit of a hypocrite if he trotted that line out
If I was a wealthy man I would contemplate paying people to film the guy as much as possible without breaking any laws.He would be a bit of a hypocrite if he trotted that line out

The bloke is a prat, completely agree.
Accusing him of wasting police time is not however the case.
They chose to engage with someone who was not breaking, or even infringing a law.
I would have no problem with a law being passed regarding filming sensitive buildings without permission but as it stands there is no such law.
It is worrying that the officers who rise to the bait and abuse their authority exist, police officers have certain powers and we should be able to trust them to use them appropriately.
It is worth noting that in my 48 years I've only had 1 or 2 encounters with the police which I was unhappy with and 1 I certainly brought on myself through drunken arrogance.
So really not much I'd like to see changed, however if an employee of mine behaved like some of the police on these videos I'd have a word.

No doubt a sex offender cop crippling a guy over a DWP flag is ok with most of the police defenders on here>
