It was already going to look quite tragic.

With a 50 year old at the wheel its only going to look even worse.

Is C666UNT available.?

What about D111DOS

What about P111OCK

Wife has J111Y## on an mx5. It makes it look 6 years older than it is.
Spacing is legal because I don't want her being stopped for that.

Her name ? Jillian...best 12th wedding anniversary present I've ever bought.

I’ve never been sure why people hide their registration numbers online but drive the car round with it on full display to the whole world. There must be a reason but not sure what it is so at the risk of finding out the hard way but to put the thread into context this is what i’ve bought.

OH51 FFS.

Or...... OH 51 FFS?

My name is Simon.
I have no idea why or what it means.
Glad about that thought it was only me
I must be old. I remember that thread.

Must admit it did take me a while but the only thing I can think is to break it down into 3 parts and consider someone looking at it and wondering what/why he's done it. So...........OH as in oh dear, 51 as in Si short for Simon and FFS given its normal day to day usage exclaiming exasperation.

And yes - it makes it sadder than ever if I'm correct!

Why do you want to make your wife look 6 years older?

The plates are supplied directly from Traffico, you get what you are given, the plate stays with the vehicle for life, any vehicle showing anything different is an immediate pull and seizure and large fine, non of this stupid vanity bks that is deemed acceptable here in the UK.

More fool the Spanish government... missing a trick there and indeed missing billions in lost revenue that the UK treasury racks in year after year....!

it's bit like having a fake Rolex or knock-off designer clothing. It just tells the world you can't afford the real thing.

The mis-spaced plate will amuse you for about 10 minutes. When you get pulled, the hassle and £100 fine will not seem worth it. I speak from experience!

Try me. Privately if you must. If it's not funny, I'll tell you. If it is you can post it.

I'm not reading through 3 pages of edgelords circlejerking off about what makes you look like a cock and what doesnt.

However, someone please answer me this;

There's so many of these stupid illegal plates knocking around, and they are confirmed MOT failures. Are you telling me that every single one of these chobbers is going to the hassle of swapping plates before and after an MOT to get it through, or are MOT testers just universally st and not dealing with it?

I very much doubt M155 EMA or K3LSY are on their knees at 8am on the driveway with a phillips changing the plates around before it goes in for test at 9am.
I love seeing a car coming in for an MOT that I’m carrying out the MOT on because I think misspaced plates look awful and i know it causes hassle for the customer as they will then have to find their V5 and proof of ID in order for use to make the plates, unless they’ve got the legal ones knocking around somewhere

Was bored, there was a thread recently about a hit + run with only a partial plate. Someone linked a site that can run the permutations.

There are, apparently, 260-odd J111 Y?? plates, only 5 of those are on Mazda's, and looking closer at those 5, only 2 are MX5s and only one of those is a '97 reg.

Brilliant. That's proper stalking. I am impressed, and scared at the same time.

It's always interesting to find how much information is "out-there".

I remember we were looking at villas in Florida. The listing site only gave approximate location and owners name. For most of them I managed to get the exact address and the owners address from the Florida land registry or somesuch site.
