That is a good point. Passat driver, IMO deserves to lose their licence for that. Clear footage, including their reg number throughout. Traffic moving at circa 60mph, decent pace for a weekday morning. No obvious need to make such a reckless move.
Pure aggressive behaviour from passat and it's very fortunate that the contact didn't result in a far more serious accident.
