Spent two days driving through wet snow this week , over into Northern Ontario and back , seemed relentless then I realised we have we have another 6 months of it to come

Winter 2010 aside, its always a disappointment where we are.

This was the road outside our house in Aberdeenshire in feb last year, just before we got snowed in for 4 days at the in-laws (we were renovating our house at the time). We got some snow last winter but not so much.

I think were due a tough winter, wouldn’t surprise me given many are going to struggle to warm their houses….. hope not though.

The mail are still on Indian Summer 30 degrees until Halloween


I spoke to my guy in India the other day and he said its got cold quick and everyone's jumpers are still packed away. I said wow what temperature is it. 31c.

Same. I'm hoping for a mild one for the sake of people who don't have the money for their heating bills at the moment, but I feel like it would be typical if it was very cold.

We still have forecasted temperatures of 24c next week in Colorado.

Or first freeze is due in ~10 days. I'll call my sprinkler guy on Monday.
