Insurance after a Claim

Daughters car insurance due for renewal. She has a minor bump which damaged the wing mirror on a car coming the other way - no damage to her car. Her insurance company pushing for 50/50 but not settled yet. Her premium came through at £770 which was a small reduction on last years premium.

Phoned them today to report that I, a named driver, had driven my own car in to the back of someone in November. Revised premium £720!
