Should have told them to leave off the skunk and get onto the resin. Smells less. I had the same many years ago in a student property, bought me some of that fked up skunk st and stank my house and both neighbours houses out. Oh well, you live and learn.

Maybe his tenants actually care what it is they're inhaling?

It's not that easy to get quality hash (resin) in the UK that isn't poison.

Clearly and thats why they are smoking weed. Good for the lungs, heart, brain etc etc unlike that nasty resin which isn't. Jeez. If they valued their health they would not be smoking at all.

As in, weed is actually beneficial?

Using the same logic people who drink may as well just drink meths because "if they valued their health they would not be drinking at all"

With skunk at least you have a good idea what it is, can you say the same for soapbar?

Hash in the UK seems to have massively improved in recent times. I think now that less is getting smuggled in and they have skunk to compete with they're buying reasonable stuff to distribute rather than turning up in Morocco and buying the cheapest they can find.

Soapbar is virtually non-existant in my neck of the woods, I don't think there's been any for a few months at least.

There's plenty of decent black about though.

And pretty much endless supplies of skunk now every man and his dog has turned his spare bedroom into a grow room.

Regarding the difference in smell, I can see both points of view. As someone who has partaken in the 'evil' herb and somehow not ruined his life (in my eyes, anyway tongue out) the smell of growing compared to the smell of smoking is completely, utterly different. I could (and would be eager to try biggrin) confidently pass a series of blind smell tests in this area. However, I can accept that to the average joe, the smell of cannabis is the smell of cannabis, whether it emanates from a cutting, a full grown female, a joint or a bong.
Or from a pan full of (perfectly legal) hempseeds being boiled up for fish bait.

remember reading about what goes into resin, coffee, bits of stalk and other crap that bush smokers would baulk at, some of it is known as diesel for being in diesel tanks on the import route....

weed stops a bad asthma attack faster than an inhaler and when the inhaler does not work, not fun and maybe the tenant only smokes weed and not mixes it in with tobacco smile

OP - nice friendly visit to make sure everyone knows where they stand. If you have driven past the place recently and it had snow on the roof like everyone else then it probably isn't a factory. Personal would still land you in the doo-doo though if it is permitted by you.
I have been to houses where the four bedrooms and the lounge have been converted to nurseries and growing areas. All the equipment is in the living areas within the house. The loft is only used to store redundant equipment, growing material and root balls. There would be no heat within the loft area to melt the snow.
Many cannabis factories have had a diversion of the mains electricity to bypass the meter. The landlord can be left with the resulting horrendous bill to sort out, including the costs of repairs to rectify the damage caused to the supply connections.
Maybe the ones round my way are just stupid biglaugh or greedy. I often find it in the loft.

Yeah the electric is usually particularly horrendously butchered. Did once see a decent job. Shame he didn't try and find some work as a sparky.
