I'm pretty much guessing that all of his 'conditions' are related in some way to keeping his anonymity though?

So if you breach your life license and go back inside, how do they decide how long? Since there's no sentencing or anything like that?

Anyone given a Life Sentence is only ever released on licence and can be recalled for committing imprisonable offences or breaching conditions of their release, such as something simple like refusing to cooperate with the Probation Service.

As far as I aware there's a Worldwide reporting ban on anything to do with the lad so it's unlikely we'll get to know much about what's gone on.

I think the paps will have an open season on him.

I worked in an establishment one of them was held in (I think it was Jon) and the manager/governer (whatever) told me they were moved monthly incase anybody sussed who they were.

I would imagine it applies to any press with a business base in the UK or employees who might report what they shouldn't and choose to visit the UK at some point.

I'm pretty sure that most of the papers and various other non law related agencies know where they are and details of their new identities, since there's been some leaks about the one in Australia and the one who's a gay - the problem is they can't publish it - which is a real shame since there's doubtless loads of crazies out there who'd love to add a feather to their cap for offing them.

I do remember someone on here posting on a thread about Maxine Carr being 'over the road' - It was very quickly deleted.

what should have been done with them then ? they certainly should have not been allowed out of prison ever
