Park legally, its not difficult is it.
If you choose to park on private land, when you know damn well you shouldn't be, you face the consequences i'm afraid (even if its only for as long as it takes for a pizza to cook)
No sympathy from me.....move along now!!
All true, but the issue has always been about the punishment far outweighing the crime – it's not hard to avoid speeding, but would you support a system where speed cameras could shoot your tyres out?
No - I'd campaign against the law that allowed that and make sure i didnt speed in the mean time.....if i did, I regard myself a complete tool to have played into their hands so easily.

Why do you already have a solicitor.
Observation's not your strong point, is it?
Why - just because his father is one.
Solicitors tend to know other solicitors. I have a solicitor. He's a good friend and has the "family solicitor" for 26 years. My children have both used his firm (for civil matters). Previously I had a "family solicitor" who had originally been engaged by my father. I used him for conveyancing and other civil matters. Among my friends and ex-colleagues it's not uncommon, but maybe it's a "class" thing wink - Streaky
Since the onset of the credit crunch, I have been forced to use my butler's solicitor.
Things will only have come to a pretty pass when you have to use the second chamber-maid's, butler's, valet's, chauffeur's solicitor. And with what staff cost these days, they can afford such a hierarchy frown - Streaky

Okay guys, easy with the BS claim and that, I understand why some of you think it though, I kinda wish it was all BS but sadly that is far from the truth frown

To clear a few things up 1st, the reason why I already have a solicitor acting this quickly is as some people have noticed that my old man is one and he knows others, I have used my current solicitor before so always had him on speed dial and known the person since I was 6 (not that I remember back then laugh)

For the parking issue someone has mentioned, I had parked in our marked out parking bays for Domino's but sadly I didn't check the parking as I had straddled the white line onto another so they clamped it frown

About the police part... they have been told about what 1st happen and no they couldn't do anything about it as it is a civil matter BUT then we also mentioned about the other things that had happened and they have given me a crime number and have been up the police station most the afternoon giving statements, and getting the guys who was working who witnessed all that happened to give statements AND also to hand over the CCTV footage to the police as it shows exactly what happened.

Now I am sure I have forgotten some other details so please just ask, I don't bite tongue out
