Someone once said "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything". Well: "

This car is always going to be Marmite. All the best designs are. It is absolutely unmistakeable and looks far more impressive in person. As for the drive I think the V Series cars are amazing all rounders, particularly as auto's. I have a theory that this car is faster to 100mph in the real world than a Z06 as it requires little skill to launch effectively. I'm smitten that's for sure. M

We spotted a black one on the M25 a few weeks ago. It did look very nice.

Was it German registered? One of GM's press cars was here a little while ago. Not aware of any Coupes, V Series or otherwise over here at the moment...

Really? Lambo Muira? GT40? E-type? Etc. I wouldn't have commented on it otherwise, but let's be honest: it's pretty ugly and the colour really doesn't do it any favours. It may drive well, but it's no looker.

I Think it looks great, Who else does anything like this? The Germans? Japs?
one of the best looking cars and performance to match for less than £80k.

Watched Top Gear USA on telly last night, its a freakin fast car.
Was quicker than a Ferrari California in a drag race and round
the track the "wagon" version (estate to us) was the faster against
the coupe, and only just behind a Balboni Lambo ! !
If i could afford a ZR1, one of these would be my daily motor . . . i wish.

Dave.

More than welcome to your opinion Gary but in fairness there are plenty of other cars I can mention. Rolls Royce Phantom had a terrible reception when it was launched, two years later things picked up and it never looked back. Having only had the car on display for a couple of days I can tell you now that people walk straight past Corvettes without so much of a glance. I'm sure not all of these people love it but so far its reception has been 75% positive to 25% negative.

P.S. I actually find E-Types duller than beige paint. I'll grant you the other two, though some non-car loving folk can think that GT-40s are kit cars.....
