My Subaru 22B In Full Rally Livery of the day .... Roof Scoop ...Twin Antennae adjustable rake Huge Rear Wing what a Car
The Sale was aided by the Livery ..... and when he Sold it years and years later was still wearing it with pride lol
That wasn't a Saxo either ..... it does have the Product list of the Rally Cars Sponsors Ade ......

That is utterly stunning, i'd have chopped an arm off for that back then. Mine was a mere lowly Turbo 2000 but it got me hooked on the trackday bug.

I have a slightly less exciting tale of sale though. 5 chaps from Bradford turned up in their own liveried up taxi cab (150 miles away) and bought it for cash without even so much as a test drive. I checked the other day, it's still going but has magically changed colour and has less miles! I took it from 51k miles to 148k, sold it in 2009, I imagine it is far from original.

I do have a soft spot for a rally/race rep, dunno why?

I’ll post some pics of the C7 when all the Race Decals have arrived and it’s ‘Winner’

I liked the look of the RPi ACS Rear Diffusers with the 4 Blades so had those sent and I fitted them [pictures poor to be able to see them on a Dull Misty day but they look Great with the Sun on them]

Are the ACS Rear diffusers as easy / straightforward to fit as they look? Was looking at fitting some to my new GS Carbon65. I think they look great! Did you get them from ACS direct or somewhere else? Bloomin' expensive for 4 bits of plastic !

Your right they are expensive lol 😂 but they do Add to the car ‘Bite the Bullet!’ Your cars worth it
I’m Very Envious (post some pics) .... I’ve had to create my own GS/Z06 alike Most of My Accessories came from RPi Design in the States you need a 7mm Ratchet Spanner with a Flexible Head
There’s a paper template supplied and a Good video on YouTube showing how it’s done (Search ... Fitting ACS Rear Valence Diffuser Fins .. Stingray Z06)
It’s Fiddly LH Side is OK .... there’s more Gubbins on the RH but still ‘Do-able’ has once you have it jacked up with Axle Stand Supports.
Will look Great on your Grand Sport what a Car!

Thanks Ken, taking her out today as snow all gone here now, then PPF going on this week and a new number plate holder on the front (the GM one is... um... utilitarian!), front tow hook and LEDs for rear number plate lights and boot lights (odd - everything else is LED including interior, they just left those 4 bulbs in there...).

Are you fitting the retractable front plate? Who’s doing the ppf ? Are you having whole car done or just front, thinking of this myself.

The PPF is being done by Auto Protek ( http://www.auto-protek.com) - I'm doing the whole front, plus side cills, roof and rear spoiler (I want to cover all the exposed carbon bits for obvious reasons), then ceramic coat the rest and the wheels / callipers. Dropping off there tomorrow morning, don't want to leave it too long and get stone chips all over it! (snuck in 50 miles this afternoon though...).

Front plate: found a great plate holder from a place in Germany that does C7 mods - http://www.dlp-kfz-design.de (view it using google translate if your German is anything like mine...) - they supplied the white LEDs for the rear number plate holder and boot, and the front number plate holder - send me a PM if you want further details.

Great looking car Sounds Legal. The mounting plate/position is the one of the best I have seen on a C7.
I used a modified C6 mounting plate on my C7. I ground of the edges and cable tied it to the grille. Then I stuck on the plate with pads.
I managed to get away with a small front plate on my C6 Zo6 for a couple of years then got fined £100 ,so I had to go with the full size on the C7.
I have also added some aluminium accents to the interior. The round knobs, the small panel on the left of the wheel and the surrounds of the air vents on the drivers side. Strangely the passenger side comes with the vent surrounds from the factory but not on the left.
A small thing but the Z06 logo on the side vents is picked out in red but the "supercharged lettering is not.
Mine now is. I think it goes well with the red callipers.
