C6 Corvette manual gearboxes

I understand that the Tremec T6060 box is easier to use in terms of gear change quality than the Tremec T56 unit.
I’m currently searching for a manual C6 and it would be very helpful to know when, from what VIN Chevrolet switched to the T6060 box
Does anyone know?

I could be wrong but I thought the box changed at the exact same time as the engine changed from LS2 to LS3 in 2007 (for the 2008 model).

"08+ has the 6060. 07 down has the same T56 as in the c5. C6 Z51 manual cars have the same tranny as the c5z06 except the c6 has a cooler integrated. The base model c6 is the same as c5 except for 08+ which is the 6060."
