You can order a new RHD C8 from Ian Allan Motors in Virginia Water, Surrey, they are the only UK dealer.
Demand is high, so expect the waiting list to be about 2 years.

Seriously considering getting one of these as a dream car come true purchase.

Just wondering if anyone here has (or is getting) one on finance and what their package looks like (deposit, monthlies, balloon, etc)? Sounds like the dealer isn't very helpful and I'd like a rough idea of the financial side before I approach them...

I can't help on finance as I won't be using it, but you ought to be able to get a pretty good deal considering the residuals on the C8.

Although the residuals are great right now, if ordering now that might change come delivery time in a couple of years when there are a few more cars in the UK market.

Have got my VIN, and can see the car was built on 10th June... Still at 3400 status though, so not shipped from Bowling Green yet.

Was the VIN number from dealer? How did you find out the status?

I have been waiting 2 years and was told am in the first batch this summer a few weeks ago but not heard anything further

I found out the VIN from the dealer.

Those having cars built now have been waiting over two years.

Was at Ian Allan's on Monday to have my Camaro serviced and had a look at the RHD C8 in the showroom. I think it looks better in the flesh than in photos but I still prefer the C7. I presume it's a dealer/demo car and not one for a customer?

Last time I was there, the car they had in the showroom was ‘sold’
