Quick question hopefully.

How similar are the B6 and Caterham Tillett seats? Are the crotch strap holes quite far back on the Caterham version? Also, are the shoulder straps higher up the seat?

I’ve bought some very nice carbon leather Oxted seat pads for my B6 and B5 seats and the holes are completely misaligned. I’m trying to figure out if they’re simply not suited to the proper Tillett seats.

Thanks

Maybe ask Tillett themselves?

The question came up after office hours. I just thought I’d ask in case it was a known thing.
I’ll give Tillett a ring in the morning

I've had a B6 and a Caterham Tillet. As far as I know there are only two differences, the shoulder strap holes are much larger on the B6, and the headrest is angled back a little more to make it easier to use with a helmet. With a HANS it is still a little tight, even on the B6.

Basically the Caterham version is tuned towards road use and the B6 is for race use.
