Quieter silencer...

I want to fit a quieter silencer to my 2011 R300, I know I know! I just did a 1600m trip from the Isle of Wight to the NC500 and back, and it was tough going. I'm after recommendations for quieter, or better, alternatives. Thanks.

Could you not use ear plugs for the longer trips? Then you have the noise when you want it.

Raceco Silencers, aren't the cheapest but top quality and work.

+1 to earplugs. Just got some Flare Isolate ones and they’re great. Anything over 30 mins I think I’d use them unless I’ve got a lid on.

Magnaflow make some nice quality silencers, else just search ebay for silencer.

I had the rather natty rear underslung exhaust on my kr500! Not really on keeping with the light weight, but did the job a treat!
