Gauge replacement

Hi, I think to know the answer but maybe someone have a trick.
It's possible to replace a gauge without remove the scuttle?
If yes, how?

If you have a standard dash, you can just reach behind the facia and undo two nuts on each gauge, then just remove the gauge from the front.
