Search for thread “Any negatives associated with the 620R” contains a fair summary.

If you’re tall you may need a lowered floors, otherwise if using a windscreen you’ll be looking through the top rather than the middle and you’ll get more road debris landing on your head!

620R SV chassis are rare beasts, combined with the current state of the buoyant market may be difficult to source / have no cars to compare
No idea whether you owned a Caterham before or not but a 620R takes the Caterham experience and turns it up to level 11, which certainly doesn’t suit everybody.
You need a test drive (and not just 15minutes around the block) to get a proper feel of what you’re potentially letting yourself in for.

This
Be certain this is the one you want as most serial 7 owners would consider them to have too much power

I’ve raced cars with big power for years now so performance should be a problem, just after something I can take friends and the kids out in on track days as they have no impression of how fast these cars can go , might have found one now with Sv chassis 🤞

Yeah it's not a question of your ability, it's more a case of many owners prefer around 180-220bhp (NA) but if you're sure then good luck

You should be fine with a rear exhaust. its only the early cars with a side exhaust that get caught out.
