I made the trip the last two years and I can assure you it's worthwhile. It's nearly nine miles round trip for me but I struggled through.

In fact join one of the morning hoons and pretend you're driving a really long way from home
To be fair we've spent too much time touring venues over the last few months only to find some that are almost as good, not quite as big, not very pretty surroundings or look good until they show us our party area and it looks like a 1980's meeting room.....and that's before we get to some of the prices these venues want to charge.
This place seems to have it all, and every year they get better at the food and knowing what we want to drink! In addition, they actually like having us there
