Lead times for Vauxhall parts

My wife's Astra went to main dealer for service - exhaust was blowing and needs new flexi pipe.
Has to be Vauxhall parts due to contract - been told that there are no exhasts kept in the UK - there's a wait time of 3 to 4 days?
Is that true? Can't believe that there's no genuine exhausts in the UK? I know if it was a patent part I could get one within 24 hours!
