I don't know the car but if that's the 2014 (!) C5 on a 51 plate for £24k plus £2,600 import tax (!) with various modifications including a supercharger - I think it has "be very, very careful" written all over it.

Yes that doesn't make sense, have seen it up before for sale I'm sure, I'm wondering if its an import, and import in 2014...
and Apparently you can run a car up to a year before tax is due, or if your a US serviceman based here... Needs looking at carefully for sure..
