Rear Axle Oil

[V10 SPM]

How often do you usually change the rear axle oil in a 2000 GTS? I'm typically doing 1000 miles per year. Should I change it every couple of years or won't it be necessary?

I would not bother doing that kind of mileage

Its not just mileage but age as well..
