So might have bought this from Salt Lake City last week. Was collected on Wednesday, and is now at the depot in LA ready to be loaded into a container, then onto a big boat.
It's been a long time coming, but the '66 is finally on UK shores, been to see it today for the first time.

It's absolutely stunning, can't wait for it to go through the NOVA process, and then be registered with DVLA.

That is just a stunning colour - congrats, Dr Interceptor! Hope you get it road-legal before the gritters come out smile

Heading down to Portugal for a few weeks over Christmas and New Year, and am tempted to take it down there... I've got a garage at our villa after all scratchchin

Good looking car. Nice colour, Is it emberglo? Looks a bit odd to my eyes with the stripe not going over the roof - that's a chevy thing! What's the spec - obviously has non-standard wheels but is there much more that's been modified? The great thing with these is that you can get the bits to do whatever you want with them.

You won't regret taking it to Portugal, these cars are great when you get them on the open road. The LHD helps in mainland Europe and the long gearing they generally have means that motorway cruising is unusually relaxed if used to European classics. My '65 cruises 80mph easily.

Any more photos?

Cheers... Not sure on the colour, I had assumed it was custom to be honest. Wheels are by Foose, has a 302 motor (was a 289), auto trans, 9" rear diff, disc brakes, suspension mods too.

Interior is pretty stock, aside from an added tacho.

I'll some more photos as soon as I collect... And I quite like the stripe not going all the way over biggrin

Just paid a deposit on one.

Its brand new, but a MY18 the dealer had in stock (they had 20 mustangs at one stage apparently!)

Was registered as a demo last week and I was the first to see it and had an offer accepted. 300K's on the clock.

Spec is

2018
Orange Fury
5.0l, 6 spd manual
Recaro seats
Magnaride

Australia Spec so has pretty much the Performance Pack 1 stuff I think, including the 6 pot Brembos, 19" wheels with Pilot sports on it etc etc

Cant wait to pick it up!!
