Mustang front clip...

Whats up ya'll... I just got a 1986 Mustang GT w/ a 5 speed... The thing is the boy that had it before me rear ended someone and instead of putting the '86 front clip on it he put a '92 front clip... well the front bumper does not meat up perfictly with the '86 fender at the bottom the fenders stick out about 3/4"... what can I do to fix this short of a new '86 front clip... are there any other year fenders or bumpers that will match better or should I try to mod the fenders on the car...

Hi firefigther! The problems is that the newer cars like 87-93 uses a small fibreglass part to line up the bumper with the fender...it is a different part depending if you are using an LX or GT bumper...I will get you a phone number in Miami Florida USA so you can buy those pieces for little money...
