2nd car finished yet ?

Anyone know if the second T440R customer road car has been finished yet ?

Not yet. We're hoping for a Christmas pressie but it looks more likely that sometime in January will be the date. My brother (prime_al) who's car it is will be going up to the factory in the week before Christmas to inspect progress and make any final adjustments. Winter isn't the most ideal time to take delivery of such a beast, but then beggars can't be choosers...

p.s. technically it's not the 2nd customer car as many have already been delivered to race teams and have competed in Le Mans and the British GT series. Since race car and road car are near identical and built side by side in the same production area, TVR would rightly attest that this will be more accurately the 2nd 'comfort' spec T440R.

The race ones are T400R models though, so it is technically the second T440R

..the fact that many customers who took delivery of their T400Rs last year entered them in races rather than run them on the road, was merely their decision.
