I haven't noticed any Steam updates. And I always check the downloads section when I start it.

And yet if you google for "Bioshock Infinite 2022 updates" you'll see loads of hits.

I guess if they're really tiny changes they don't appear on the downloads screen?

Doh, what am I talking about, you only see installed games updated on the downloads screen and I've not got it installed - I'll go back to sleep.
