Project Cars Stoopid Challenges
Discussion
At last a track I know and a car that doesn't spit you backwards into the Armco at every opportunity :-)
Still no where near the fast guys but gradually improving / beating my averages :-). The graphs help a lot as I can look at the main places I'm losing time against the quick folks and try and work on those for braking points, speed etc
No clue how the fast folks find another 2.5 seconds though !

I'm on the brink of madness xjay...I'm getting up to 0.5 secs up on my time and then i keep losing it all at the bus stop chicane through Hislops and into Knickerbrook. Most frustrating...
Bleedin' hell mate, you are very very close.I'm going to have to go and put some more time in

Gotcha! Mwahahahahaha
Right back at you I'm annoyed with myself, without making excuses that lap was far from perfect. I missed the Apex on Island Bend - and I know exactly where you're gaining on me in S2 (the Brittens complex!) so I am pretty confident I could get another few hundreths of a second.
(ps. it's ok, I had to google the corner names to avoid being "the one after the really fast one" )

Interesting, if i hit the kerb on the fast left hander like that my lap is invalidated on PC. You seems to be able to brake later too...will have to fire up the PS4 and try to put in a comparison lap tomorrow. It looks a little less slidey on PS4.
It's VERY tight getting a track limit invalidation. I actually thought I had got one that lap, hence why I ran ride, but turned out I didn't!It's very slidey, I'm just a great driver (I'm lying!!)
Competitive one this week with Born2BSlow clocking nearly a hundred laps in search of 2 hundredths of a second from xjay1337.
Honours were sort of shared with xjay winning the real times league and born2bslow winning the handicapped version.
Born2BSlow sneaks into the lead in the handicapped championship and xjay is looking commanding (again) in the real times league.
Everyone else, keep the faith, every time these 2 buggers beat us, the handicap system should give us a bit more of a help, in theory anyway :-)
On to Cadwell Park.....
