No mic-monitor but the Hyper-X Cloud II is fantastic and bang in the middle of your budget.

In 180+ hours I have yet to taste chicken(only done solo though, but have come close.Oh soooo close!)
Just bought it for my son too as he has now inherited my GTX745 card, so now his PC should cope

Nice, sorry I couldn't jump on with you last night as I had to go and help the boy with his homework. He's just started secondary school and he has a nice HP Chromebook to use.

I started to use the US server to get a few English speaking people to join up with rather than the usual Russians on the EU server but seem to just get put in squads with Korean or Chinese speakers. It really is frustrating...

Mini 14 is looking pretty good, got to love the noise. I expect it will be nerfed, hopefully ammo count rather than bullet speed/recoil otherwise why would you take it over an M16?

So I've been messing with DPI a bit as per the links above.

From what I can gather the lower DPI and sensitivity settings make good sense at range but they appear to compromise close up engagement (and looting!) - am I doing it right?

Also these lower settings make windows a chore when I actually get round to doing work too

Loving this game but only had a few rounds. I'm getting into the top 30 ok, but the inevitable sprint into the 4th shrink gets me zapped (usually from behind).
