So I've just picked up a new Xbox one s and plan to get Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 however I've just seen that for a £20 subscription I can get both for that price (and more) from EA Access. Anyone else using it? Is there a catch to doing this against buying the physical copy of each game?

If you cancel your sub you lose the games from the service.

I got it for my lad because I wasn't prepared to fork out repeatedly for FIFA every year. Seems to be a decent deal, plenty of games for him to play, and unlike say, Minecraft, they're the type of games that when/if you cancel the sub, you don't mind losing the game progress.

I think for the fact that I want to play 3 or 4 of these old titles, it'll do for me. £20 for a year is nothing.

on the two games you've mentioned, BF1 is great if you've some friends to play it with.

TF2 has a brilliant campaign and lots of multiplayer content.

The Mass Effect trilogy are on there too and well worth checking out (the first one doesn't play well compared to modern standards but has a great story).
