Forza Horizon 4 !
Discussion
I played the demo on the PC, had some issues with road textures not loading (particularly when driving the faster cars), which would stop the AI and my car dead... shame really as it runs much better than FH3.
I was gutted that the Focus RS was LHD too, guess they just reused an existing model, was pleasantly surprised later on when I got into the Escort Cosworth RS and it was RHD!

Is this the first time you've played a "Forza horizon" title?
to be honest err yes, was hoping for something a bit more realistic, still should be fun though, just felt slightly disappointed when I careened throough a dyke at 130 to no ill effect

It's a fun series

drove a LHD audi TT in the demo...that irritated me.
From playing previous Forza titles, I believe most of the cars go by the country of origin. So the majority of Japanese/Aussie/UK cars are RHD and just about everything else LHD. Although I don't think that rule is set in stone.
A bit annoying, but sure. Didn't bother me too much in FH3 driving on the left in Aus.
After spending many hours downloading the demo to my pretty decent i5 laptop, I'm a touch miffed to be told my graphics card isn't up to spec! Couldn't that have been identified before downloading?!
I'm not a gamer, but am now tempted to seek out a S/H Xbox One (feel free to let me know if you're selling one! :-) )

Although not the ideal time to buy as we are towards the end of the life cycle of the machine I'd still buy a new one over used, you can't beat unboxing a new machine and you know what sort of life it's had too, I was debating messaging you about one of ours (we have a one and a one s) but to be honest for the used Vs new price you would be mad to buy used. I'd look for a new bundle including the game it should be quite a decent saving and probably about the same as the game plus used machine.I'm not a gamer, but am now tempted to seek out a S/H Xbox One (feel free to let me know if you're selling one! :-) )

I picked up an Xbox One S from Amazon last year, specifically as I wanted to play Forza 7. Got the Xbox, Forza 7 & Forza Horizon for £199.99. Bit of bargain I thought.
I'm sure the One S is still fairly cheap. I would only go for the One X if you have a 4K TV. Even then, you may not think necessary - the One X seems to be still quite expensive.

Isn't the One X significantly more powerful and improves things even at 1080p? If buying now i would certainly go new One X to get the improved matching.
Buy cheap buy twice.
I'd say there's an argument for this actually. Buy cheap buy twice.
Interesting article on it here: https://motherboard.vice.com/en_us/article/8x5d7a/...
The X is only a slight improvement over the S.
The S is not what you would call an inferior experience.
Basically if £400 for a console is no skin off your nose and you have a 4k TV then fill your boots. But dont think gameplay with be any better.
Side by side you will notice the 4K but on their own after hours and hours of gameplay you will forget any difference.

Yep. I have both S and X ...selling the S Buy cheap buy twice.
the difference on a regular HD tv is very noticeable, plus games play a lot better

Only if the games have been coded to run at 60fps.
As a lot of games have fixed FPS rates.
You need to research the game you are hoping to run at 60fps. It's not like pc where it runs as fast as it can.

Some games do stutter on S but then run like silk on the X
have a look on youtube
