I spent ages yesterday on this and I'm fking awful.

Managed to get the same build as cutters as he's using a max power with drag tyres tune which is how he can get off the line so fast. As soon as the first corner comes though he's gone frown

Hate point to point as you don't get your credits as you restart so much as opposed to a circuit.

Totally stock car on a circuit next week please.
Try the rally tyres and drop the psi to around 18-20, almost as much grip as race tyres but only a tiny PI increase smile

On a slightly different note - make sure you haven't got the Dukes of Hazard General Lee design, or any Rising Suns on any JDm / drift car liveries - all now banned.

Still loads of PornHub designs up though, on a 3+ rated game rolleyeslaugh
Pretty certain I’ve got a general lee somewhere.

I’m surprised no one has said MX5 standard tune yet!

I’ve just managed to get in the 2:12’s I know I can get in the 10’s with a clean lap!

I think I've got a livery downloaded, it was usually my go-to one for the Charger as I like to replicate famous cars..

Think it's currently all blacked-out like Dom's Charger from Fast & Furious.

No dramas mate, I've shared an updated tune for the nsx, 408 534 619, it will do mid 2:06/7, depending on bravery/style! Let me know what you think

Or try the rally tyres with really low pressure and really soft springs.

Gave it a go, flies off the start line but I can’t keep enough speed through the corners it make it stick, I reckon someone will be able to get a good time from it though, think I just have a different driving style!

Good work Von.

Id just say:

- only 3 out of 10 are No Mods so still a heavy leaning towards it being a skill of tuning not driving.

- the no mods cars are mostly low power/low class.Generally this means slow and low grip which is a painful slog. Perhaps a couple of S1 or even S2 no mod challenges.

No worries, was just a first pass. If people have some cars they fancy can stick them in; I forgot one was the McLaren F1.

Suggestion: D class on a short more technical circuit (so that we're not stuck on a long straight with no power)

There's a really twisty track through one of the villages.

Can't remember which one but I'll have a look tomorrow when I load the game up.

Finally managed to get a clean lap done.

I found easier turning the ghost cars off, otherwise I concentrated more on getting passed rather than getting a clean lap.

That said... my clean lap was 2.20+ and the flagged lap was around 2.18.

So still rubbish... but clean rubbish biggrin

Derwent Lakeside Sprint (Road Racing), Any Japanese S1-900, no mod restrictions

As of 11:30:

I still can't get a clean 1:08/7, I always just slide a little wide and hit something or clip a wall. Really frustrating as I know I can do it, but muck up in a idfferent place each time.
