fk this car and fk this circuit. Stay off the kerbs, understeer into the wall; hit the kerbs, bounce into the wall. bks to this, I’m off to do the Goliath in a standard Morris Traveller as I reckon that will be more enjoyable.
Goliath in a Morris traveller, should we do that next week? The-Wanderer said:

What do you do?
3mths working from home was bad enough, the last 3 weeks I was climbing the walls. Been back at work 2 weeks now and it’s much better
Civil engineer. I wasn't furloughed because I wasn't busy or couldn't work from home, let's put it that way- hence my boss asking when I can come back.3mths working from home was bad enough, the last 3 weeks I was climbing the walls. Been back at work 2 weeks now and it’s much better
I'll tell him when I finally beat cutters
I'm keeping busy taking the girls to school / nursery, doing bits around the flat, playing games and writing fanfiction. It's a big pay drop but tbh I'm liking the break.

Been WFH since 19th March and I might be until October, possibly November (unless things drastically improve), then we move to a new building in January, lots of rumours we wont be going back to the old site at all....
I was busily working from home right up until just before the deadline to apply for the furlough scheme in June.
Not that I am suggesting the absolutely massive multinational did it just to save a few quid for a few weeks regardless of the impact it had on projects, the team I lead etc, not at all.

That sucks. My sister works for a large multinational, engineer type job on the rail side, said the exact same thing! Not that I am suggesting the absolutely massive multinational did it just to save a few quid for a few weeks regardless of the impact it had on projects, the team I lead etc, not at all.

This is honestly the most ANNOYING week challenge. Roll on Sunday before I pinch a hole in the wall
Couldn't agree more. It's possibly the worst car I've driven in this game, it's like the handling is on a RNG. I can do the same line at the same speed through a corner and get different results. Sometimes it spins in second, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it sticks to the floor at 80mph, sometimes it decides to slide. It's so annoying.
I've given up after only 10 laps tonight.

I must be in the minority, as I think the car's quite fun. They've not done a great job capturing the noise of a Saggy, but it's a real handful - exactly as you'd expect on a track like this. Far, far more enjoyable that those whale-sized yank tanks a couple weeks back.
Course, I'm st with it! About 20 laps done the other day, and I'm not even on the first page
