Cyberpunk 2077 - NO SPOILERS!
Discussion
Was just about to report the same - 34 GB on the PC - not seen an official announcement yet.
I will be doing another run through as it will allow me to get some new options on some events and I want to try and get every player available car in the game (so Nomad path and pissing Panam off) plus may yet do the Kerry romance path just for completeness. Will report back - remembering the last patch actually brought bugs in to the PC game such as the text bar.

It does say 'notable changes' and it is a very VERY large list they provide. Two things of note to me
1. "Cyberpsychos and minibosses are now immune to Tranquilizer rounds and System Reset Quickhack." - oh boy has that quest set become a lot deadlier until you're quite a high level - not helped by one of the toughest psychos being just round the corner from Claire's garage.
2. "Cyberpsycho Sighting: Bloody Ritual now triggers properly, regardless of which way the player approaches the quest area." - I know one of the PC players on here will be happy with this as he was caught by this bug.
edit - just dumped in to a word file, removed the non-bullet point lines, converted to numerical count - there's 504 items listed plus 'more'

Finally a proper list of changes.I'll give it another week before i play i think, just in case this patch introduces issues. It's a big one.

That's a big patch...
The fixing of invisible walls would be great.
Have to be honest I haven't played this game for a long time as I'm focusing on an Online game right now.
But would be nice. Not to mention now I have a 1440p monitor...! Can properly use DLSS as I understand at 1080p it wasn't properly unscaling.

Most importantly they've fixed the sleeping position!
Funny thing is I started a new run through last night (other cars seem to drive better/obey traffic ligthts - but might be too early for me to properly confirm this) and never noticed the sleep fix - just tried now - feels weird, got too use to V 'collapsing' on to the bed, rather than getting into/on to it.It does seem like a pretty hefty patch, though some things will remain unfixed it seems as they're down to the core game, like the AI traffic, I think it was on Reddit someone explained how it's limited to basic pathfinding (ie. the cars are on a track and will automatically return to it if moved, but aren't able to think for themselves and plot alternative routes), so improving that would require significant reworking.
I still haven't played the game on PC since my first playthrough on Xbox One. I'm sure it will already look much, much better, but I've been waiting for these comprehensive patches to be rolled out before I dive back in..
I'm still playing through RDR2 though so CP can wait for a while. It's also interesting to see what improvement come from the modders as well as CDPR though - given time I think the combination will make for a satisfying second playthrough.

OK folks, I've now played a couple of hours in act 2, so more driving around and so an initial idea over whether there are any improvements with NPC cars.
First though, and this is just to give my views on the following, not saying what is right or wrong
Of course in a week or two I may say the above is all rubbish

I've no problems with the NPC cars following set routes (we know they do dodge pot holes, and they still do that) as we're not going to be riding them as passengers or chasing them, the cars are there for atmosphere and as long as they are moving and doing the right thing, who cares. The problems were- ) The cars totally ignored traffic signals and this also was quite probably why you would encounter so many apparent accidents.
- ) The cars would suddenly stop for no reason.
- ) The cars would just sit there without moving - especially annoying when you're coming on to a bridge/flyover or doing 180+ in the Badlands and suddenly go in to the back of one of them.
- ) Most the time the cars stop at red traffic lights and move off at green and some jump the lights as they change to red.
- ) It is a lot rarer to come across a stationary car and when you do you approaching seems to now kick them in to motion (so yes needs improving, but still a lot better).

I applied for a refund from Sony for the game (bought on PSN). Bit cheeky as I had completed it a few times (one playthrough, several endings). Was refunded today and game promptly locked on my PlayStation, so no chance to test the patch.
It’s good that they’re addressing problems but it’s a day late and a dollar short, as they say in the States. There are fundamental problems with the AI and other core open world systems that aren’t fixed by increasing the spawn distance.
Will probably look to buy it again when it’s had a PS5 patch and some DLC, assuming it ever reappears on PSN.

The overlay works now from the GOG launcher, showing how terrible my framerate is.
Graphics seam to be slightly more polished.
I haven't found a way of turning off the active quest marker, like when I just want to do side missions or explore.
Control of the vehicles is still interesting, especially during slowdown \ braking.
They need to hire arthmoor to do an unofficial patch.
Anyone tried it on console yet ?
