Nice. Very nice. Although (and I guess the comparison is inevitable) - that video makes it look a lot more GTA-ish than I was expecting.

But mainly - just release it already!
Yeah I thought exactly that .... Lets hope they give Rockstar pause !

Nonsense. PC gaming is great - it's all about overclocking, cooling, spending £££ on the latest shiny shiny, trying to build something which doesn't crash all the time. And of course downloading patches. Let's not forget the patches.

You can keep your consoles. Plug in, turn on, play - where's the fun in that?!
Why play on PC, where developer quality mods are free, consoles are much better, paying £4.99 for that blue gun skin feels great

I have a decent PC and a pretty comfy chair but the lure of the big comfy chairs downstairs and large tv plus new hardware ( xbox ) will probably win this time ... I might wait to see which platform runs the best.

Something to look into might be streaming to the TV via GeForce Now, Cyberpunk on the big screen in full ray tracing ultra settings. Something to add to the list for checking out regards getting GFN to your TV and bandwidth required for full options.

It's going to be on their GFN servers the day it's released - https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/gfn-an...

You don't even need to use GeForce now if you have a decent PC in the house - just stream locally from your gaming PC to a suitable settop box attached to your TV with Gamestream. Even better results.

I am looking forward to using GFN for Cyberpunk though ... I don't have access to my main PC at the moment so this will enable me to get it on Steam and still play it on a decent setup.

Just tried Steamlink for the first time on my iPad. Impressive ! COD, No Mans Sky, Mafia II Definitive all ran flawlessly using a spare Xbox controller... I think it's also available for AppleTV so i'll give that a shot tomorrow ..

Did you get round to testing out Steam link for AppleTV? If it works well I may as well just not bother to plug the PS4 in. Still haven't since we moved in..

Looks like it depends on what you want to play ... I'm connecting via wifi and the app was recording a steady 60mbps but it's to laggy for fast stuff...

Hmm, just tried to set it up, I've got everything wired but the display latency was sat around 50ms, which is annoyingly noticeable. Bandwidth to the PC was greater than 100Mb

Perhaps it's this old card that's due to be upgraded on Tuesday bogging me down? But I have a feeling its some settings, somewhere.

Changed the Apple TV output to SDR instead of HDR and display latency came down to around 10ms. Unnoticeable to me. Works great, actually!

Kind of a pain in the arse to keep flicking about though!

Apologies for the off topic posts chaps. I guess I’ll be playing 2077 at my desk smile

Depends where you ordered it from, and which model?

If it's an ASUS TUF non OC, 2022 is your best bet smile
