Releases 15th November 2019.

High hopes for this, really want it to be good. Even though its EA, Respawn has a good track record.

I’m hoping it’s a spiritual successor to dark forces/ Jedi Knight as opposed to some uncharted style ste QTE fest.

Same, I want it to be good but won't be rushing in just because of the name.

I've got a pre-order in on PC.

Looks good from the releases, and then again i am a huge star wars games fan (minus the battlefront fiascos). Still play Kotor on my phone..

Undecided about this. From the clips I’ve seen it looks like assassins creed with lightsabers... also I’m hesitant to drop best part of £50 if the game is only 8 hours to complete...

I think you're looking at comfortably 20hrs+ even if you do the bare-minimum. Some impressions from someone who has an early copy here:

This doesn't seem to be generating much interest is it because it's rubbish or because Disney have killed everyone's interest in Star Wars ?

Apparently has issues on standard Xbox and PS4 models.

Ahhh… Not had my One X on in a bit after building a new rig … I would have it on PC. I'll have a dig around on youtube.

Running well for me on PC. Pretty enjoyable so far and the combat has a good amount of depth to it.

Apparently on console if you don't have the X or Pro, forget it.

Stuttering, texture pop in, freezing. I would personally wait until they maybe patch it. I want it but I have an S, not an X. I don't even really like Star Wars, but it looks like a good old yarn. 20 hours plus apparently.

I have it on an original Xbox one (black VCR looking thing) and it runs fine.

Controls can be a bit crap when climbing/jumping onto things which results in tedious ‘die repeat die repeat’ in silly areas, but generally it’s quite fun. The world’s are quite beautiful and it feels like Star Wars, especially the first level.

I bought via CDKeys which was a lot cheaper.

Signed up to Origin Prem for a month so giving it a try now. Venator Class Star Destroyers and a Republic Gunship in the opening mission for the geeks :-)

I've got it on PC and it's not very graphic intensive for the graphic level (Efficient engine?). On the 1070 laptop it runs easily on all epic settings (only 70% utilisation).

It's such a pretty game on an OLED in 4K HDR. Something like 65% util on a watercooled 1080Ti.

This is my plan too, but with the newborn, it will have to wait.

so happy to have what seems to be a good single player narrative focused Star Wars game again smile

If you are playing on PC bear in mind that the key mapping settings are on par with Red Dead 2. You simply can't map certain keys on both mouse and keyboard and the entire interface is slow and clunky.
