Okay perfect, thank you. I should be okay then, I'll keep spending whilst I can and start to save up in the last few races.
I've seen quite a few people have had to stock up resource points at the end of the season as well, to cover off rule changes.
It can be tempting to just invest but it’s vital to know what and why you’re investing. As I mentioned my engine change actually undid some of the development work in season 1. One area to invest in however is the amount of resource points you can generate via different departments. Boosting this can have a great impact on the R&D resources you have.I've seen quite a few people have had to stock up resource points at the end of the season as well, to cover off rule changes.
F1 2020 now reduced on Stadia, including the MS edition + my spare £10 vocucher happy days.
Not going to play it yet as still got some stuff to do on F1 2019.
I've set up "Family" does anybody know how I get F1 to appear on my primary account now (its on a secondary account)

I bought a seat and a new Xbox series S to go with it for myself for Xmas and my son has had a brilliant day today driving F1.....
I’ve made a rig for the TV and placed it an unused second sitting room and he’s glued to it! I’ve already brought him a series x so I’m hoping he’ll go back to that and I can have a go
I’m amazed how bloody difficult it is to drive an f1 car in a simulator, I’ve always thought I was Lewis or Seb

Looks great! I think the big difference having grown up on F1 simulations is these new cars and their turbo’s. I mean back in the day you’d be able to be more liberal on the loud pedal holding onto the gear for longer - but these things....it’s like you’re constantly changing gear and fighting wheel spin I’ve made a rig for the TV and placed it an unused second sitting room and he’s glued to it! Quite agree, but even with unlimited flash backs and zero really life consequences I cannot get the car turned in like real F1 drivers. To try doing 100mph+ around places like Singapore in real life takes a degree of madness and so much skill. The photo mode in this game is great, very close to real life - without the cost of real F1 races + ££££s worth of camera gear .
If you haven't tried it already the older F1 cars are fab fun too, feels very different to the current ones.

Just got this on sale on PS4, anyone got suggestions for AI difficulties on My Team. I'm guessing around 85-90?
Very specific to the individual. I’m on 105 however....and this is a real pain imo....the AI performs differently at certain tracks. I couldn’t be arsed to chance it each race so therefore decided that I’d take 105 knowing that I’d get battered some races and do okay in others. Seemed to feel about right for a My Team start off anyway. This is a decent video to help

Cheers for that link, will have a few goes tonight and see how close I can get. I found on 2019 that it had the same issue with AI performances on different tracks. This is a decent video to help

No worries... let me know how you get on. Out of interest what have you called your team name and what is the car design?
Ended up doing a few revisions of the barcelona testing and ended up with an AI difficulty of 90 which had me qualifying in p16 in Australia and finishing p14 thanks to a few retirements. Team is called Hants Racing and car is predominantly blue with a hint of white and orange, will grab some pics if I'm on again later.
