GT7 league racing.

Race rules and regs going forward.

Race rules:
1 racing every Thursday night lobby start roughly 7.30pm finishing around 10pm. 2 races per night plus a 3rd race at special stage X as a fun quick race.
First race be 10 lap, race 2 be around half hour.
Special stage X race be one lap.
Usually get first race going by 8.15 make sure you are in the lobby before that time.

2 race pens will be on light damage body contact also corner cut and barrier hits as well.

3 Race one will have quali order fastest first

4 race 2 will be reverse grid

5 grid start

6 cars will be fixed set up no tunning for the 2 main races. The special stage X race will be using the dodge charger no tunning but aero parts allowed.

7 Tyres race hard tyres to be used.

8 car contact please try and minimise it there will always be net code or lags which can't be helped and will always get slight contact but make sure any moves are as clean as poss also if you are being overtaken give space. Just be respectful to each other as best you can.

9 Each race will earn you points will use the F1 points system. Points total over the 3 races however comes out on top will get choice of car and track for following week. If that person can't race follow week choice goes to 2nd place car.

10 Track and car combo to be declared by the start of the new week so Monday.







Next week car combo is 2003 BMW m3race hards stock car no tuning.
Next week track combo is Nurburgring GP circuit.
Race 3 fun race small oval.

Definitely keen (although I'll miss at least 50% of races due to my weekend movements!)

I too have movements at the weekend, although by my calculation they'll only be a factor in 35% of races.

What about doing mid week evening ones instead if that suits more people say 8pm onwards just too see what things are like get people chance to learn a bit more gain more cars then set a day and run a championship maybe even do dropped scores for people that miss a few events.

I could regularly do a Thursday evening. Although I'm okay if majority can do weekends and I miss out, I'm sure previously there was a regular Sunday session.

Thursday sounds good for me 8pm is good I don't mind doing till 10pm do some practice first then say 2-3 15-20 main races.

I've only had GT7 for a couple of days, and this is my first racing sim, so I'm pretty rubbish, but I'd be happy to join in. No idea how in game chat works though.

As long as people are friends on psn can start up a big group chat that way think that's the easiest way correct me if I'm wrong. I don't mind trialing it out first before Thursday.
Think I've already added you on psn so will set something up tonight if you are on tonight.

I got a cheap gaming headset once you are in the group chat party can talk with the other in the party. I will set something up tonight ready for Thursday.

I think as long as everyone has Chris on their friends list then he will be the glue that will hold everything together, hosting the lobby and the party chat.
