A bit more organised discussing Rules/Regs for the GT racing in here than it is on that poll thread!

I think I may have slight OCD... hehe

that is the best car apart from vipers on a fast track but on a race i think the 430gt would be a better result on a lot of laps.alan

I personally think the F430 is pretty ste! hehe

My favourite at the moment would have to be the NSX though!

I agree with locking the STM & TCS off, even though i'm quite sure no-one uses it anyway.

Totally agree, we'd always said that for the PHGTC that both should be locked off. No one uses them anyway. I tried a whole host of R3's last night (Not the F430 Y2blade!!) and I still prefer the Vipers although the NSX & Supras are also good. I honestly think with a mixture of tracks it should be close.

What race format had we suggested on earlier posts? Was it 1 x 15 mins race and 1 x 25/30 mins race with tyres & fuel on for both & a pit stop for everyone in the second race??

See you later tonight for Focii fun.....

Must admit I've not driven that one yet. I think I only unlocked it in the arcade modes last night?

i just ran a second under my best ferrari 430 time in a NSX around silvo gp

i'd be happy to run a 15min race then a 30min one with fuel stop and tyres in the GT cars

i'll be online all day and on the focus lobby tonight smile

Y2, you're still off work with that foot then???

I didn't try the F430 purely because I raced that R3 more than any other in the past. It was good fun trying most of them, but then I ended up buying all the R4 & R3 class cars I hadn't got. My credit balance of 5 million reduced to 10 thousand by the time I'd finished!!!!

Great racing last night & enjoyed the GT's afterwards. Great cars, just Stumpy being too quick again was the only problem.

Stumpy/Willo, I studied the reply of Mugello and got Mrs W to act as Clerk of the Course. In her (unbiased) opinion I don't not need excluding from the results, licence endorsing or even a fine. Again I think the Forza bumper view that I think we all drive with didn't help. wink

I'll post pictures of the case for the defense if you didn't save the replay. hehe

+1 thanks for the races last night lads. Realised that I'm rusty as fook! That was (literally) the first online race I've had in about a year!

Ah well, better get some practice laps in before my next foray wink

To be honest, I'll stand as a witness for the defence.

I was behing you both and you were most definately side by side up the straight. I'm sure there was even quite a gap between you both, and then all of a sudden alan dived right, full force into the barrier.

It did look like a bit of a lag issue on alans side though, and it might well have been that you were not actually where you were on alans screen.

So no need for a fine I think, just down to Forzas horrible lag issues..

Either that, or somehow Idlewillo managed to transfer that "huge" spider over to alans Xbox, which in turn scuttled out of the CD tray and scared the st out of him! yes

Also a big sorry goes to Gruffy!

I'm sure I tagged him from behind a good few times last night. hehe

Updated the OP.

I was unsure about the bits in italics, if anyone has any objections to these please let me know!

Similarly, if I have missed something or their is something anyone wishes to add let me know as well.

How long were the Sprint/Enduro races going to be?

Does a 5min Sprint followed by a 30min Enduro ring any bells??
