Ok, sorted the fixed gearing and choices of final drive (to move gearing up or down slightly a few times)

Boost set to 1 with associated torque and friction.

I'm going to have a look at setting the suspension as well. smile

Sorry I left last night chaps, I somehow managed to stop my engine on the grid - no idea how but I couldn't get restarted so I went off in a huff with myself.

Well it is a TVR Dobbo - wouldn't have happened had we been using the Porsche mod wink

I'm not sure if I'm one of the 9, but I'd like brands Indy or Silverstone National if people don't like Brands. Not that I'm just going for the circuits I know best or anything like that...whistle

We assumed that your PC had gone off in a huff smile

The girds have been a bit smaller lately, can anybody think of a way to recruit some new drivers?
These TVRs are going to appeal to lots of people on PH and it would be nice to see more than 10 cars for once smile

Take 2 - PATCH 2

I have put the boost back, set at 1 to maintain any torque or friction it may have and re-adjusted the gears. They are now fixed but you can adjust the final drive option, 2 lower settings and 5 higher in small increments. Pit limiter kept.

7.36kb (tiny) http://www.mercia.biz/rfactor/tuscans/TC-Patch2.ra...

3 files to overwrite the current ones. HDV, gears and engine.

Sorted, the patch2 above using the default final drive setting doesn't quite make the redline down the Mulsanne, and there are 5 higher settings after that, just gives you a little flexibility in choice of what to run where. Although the default gearing "should" work everywhere.

This might generate some interest.

Feel free to stick in the TVR forum if you want (I think some of you live there). And anywhere else you might want to post it to get grid numbers up.

Cool vid smile Was that using the AI? The way the cars moved looked a bit odd (particularly when getting airborne) sort of not pitching quite as I would expect? scratchchin

I land nicely on all 4 wheels nothing wrong with that, I feathered it over the top to land quicker and be on the throttle earlier smile

I know what you mean though, it depends on the capture FPS as well.
