gotta check this outAnyone know where to get and install the Tekkit stuff from? I have tried downloaded from http://www.technicpack.net/download/ but when I try to run it it just says "Technic Launcher Updater has encountered a problem and will shut down". Can't find anything else on what to download/how to install etc. ???
Checked in today and had a look around for a bit.
Climed someone's ridiculously huge tower and then jumped down to bedrock, awesome.
Promptly got lost in all the tunnels, found my way out with half a heart of life left due to a lack of food issue to discover it was night time. Decided to log out for safety!

It's meant to install everything itself once you click the .exe you download. Could be worth checking out the Tekkit forums?isee said:

I got it running. For some unknown reason the .exe launcher simply refuses to work but choeosing the Linux/jar file install button instead worked fine. No idea what I'm doing in-game though. I've played BC and EE before, but not IC or the other mods in this pack.
