Mining operations centre with auto-smelters for all that cobble, using the copious amounts of lava everywhere with a bunch of buckets to smelt it all spin

Some pics of Will's castle work-in-progress thus far that he's mostly done himself with a little assistance from moi. Looks great at night!

If you're short of arrows, I found a skeleton spawner North of the spawn point.

The trap doors stop them spawning in the hallway bit, so you can just open them when you want to go and collect anything they drop.

If you stand behind the first trap door, you can hit them but they can't hit you. Simples!

Btw Chewy, no idea what that is you're building in the ocean but if it's a mob trap please add an on/off switch for it as there is a quad slime chuck just to the north of it which I've been hollowing out. Can't make anything useful without slime blocks. frown

I'm in the market for about 5 stacks of iron ingots if anyone wants to trade? Let me know what you want. I need about 1.5 stacks of hoppers (5 ingots each) to complete the slime ball collection system and I've used all mine/ours up.

Chewy, I've nicked all your netherack biggrin as I need it to build under water and it's an easy block to break. Run out of soil frown. All your cooked nether bricks are in one of the mine chests. I've also widened your tunnel biggrin and there's now a portal at the end of the west tunnel which links to a desert and jungle biome.

That's fine, I wasn't going to use the Netherrack!

The new portal I've made at the end past mine links to the middle of the ocean at -1400 100 10 (ish). I thought this would be a good place for a mob trap at some point!

I'm having a nightmare of a time with the slime farm. Seems I didn't notice when making my calculations that the ocean floor dips down into a valley, going down to Y25 and I need my top floor to be at Y39 ! Have had to put a "roof" in the ocean for the top of the slime farm and now got the annoying task of filling it in with sand/gravel. I've made it easier with a platform to work from and have most of it done now but I was hoping to have had it finished by now! I think that a nice green glass skylight to replace the soil blocks will finish it off once I've done adding the layers.
