This car is an old Volvo that according to the owner had been left where it ended up after an accident decades ago.

I dont know exactly how long the car has been there but my parents assure me it was there before i was born, and that was 24 years ago.

Any of you who have driven through northchapel may know this car:

Great subject and angle, but I think the B&W conversion would benefit from channel mixing to get more contrast between the car paintwork and the building behind - at the moment the tones almost blend in. Post a full-colour version if you're not sure what I mean, and I'll have a crack at it.

Any time I see pictures of the highlands it makes me instantly want to go there. Wish i lived a bit further west!, stuck on the east coast because of job though.

Although it's only about 160 miles away so thats not much to complain about, infact i might make a trip to Loch Maree this saturday morning round the applecross peninsula and home.

I wish I only had 160 miles to drive to get there, the sooner time travel is publicly available the better smile

Myself and the other half usually get to Skye twice a year, we'd much prefer if that was switcheroo'd and we only got to Germany twice a year instead...

Add another one to the "I love the Highlands" club.

I even get wistful when the Discover Scotland adverts come on.

Lol, the Paul Mounsey tune they use is pretty good though, rest of the album is good too.

Time to end your experimental "grimedub garagestep" phase, then?

Thanks! Its a bit of a tourist snap from the top of Mt John, but a spectacular spot all the same.
