We didn't want a bright picture with this subject but having said that it all depends on the screen the photo is viewed on. On the screen which I use to assess photos for the web (I assume, perhaps incorrectly, that people have their monitors quite bright) it looks fine, on a darker screen or a screen with deeper blacks then I agree with you.

I've had a couple of exposure related comments on the other thread (Only the Brave) so I think I am going to review pictures on an iPad I have (which has never had any adjustments) before posting in future, and not worry how my low key stuff is going to look on an over bright monitor.

I do my photo editing and forum viewing on a 2017 MacBook Pro. I was comparing your photo with other photos in the thread - I love your unique style, but this one is just too dark, it makes it less appealing to review.
