We didn't want a bright picture with this subject but having said that it all depends on the screen the photo is viewed on. On the screen which I use to assess photos for the web (I assume, perhaps incorrectly, that people have their monitors quite bright) it looks fine, on a darker screen or a screen with deeper blacks then I agree with you.

I've had a couple of exposure related comments on the other thread (Only the Brave) so I think I am going to review pictures on an iPad I have (which has never had any adjustments) before posting in future, and not worry how my low key stuff is going to look on an over bright monitor.

I do my photo editing and forum viewing on a 2017 MacBook Pro. I was comparing your photo with other photos in the thread - I love your unique style, but this one is just too dark, it makes it less appealing to review. smile

Thanks for that. Absolutely hanging today and photos of frying bacon is almost as good as an actual bacon butty hehe You can keep the salad stuff though
