How about rhubarb tart, surely that doesn't have much in the way of carbs, especially if you serve it hot with a decent spoonful of vanilla ice cream?

Not a photo worthy of this thread, but some smoked pork I did a little while ago. I will try to remember to take out the SLR next time I smoke some swine.

It's an almost I think. From further right pointing more left might have worked better isolating the island more

There are those that say that wide angle shots need foreground interest. Perhaps if one of the occupied seats had been a lot closer it might have helped?
