Just a phone snap that I was quite pleased with. Hopefully not lowering the quality of the thread! (This Isn't a mainline btw)

With a bit of cropping that is the best random photo yet - IMHO of course.

I would leave the crop as is but clone over the human parts on the right.

Oh, that's a little different!

Rather nice.

On my screen I just wonder if the background would also work a tad lighter - maybe just for the part of tonal range that is complementary to the foreground. And really just a tad. And perhaps only in selected places.

Or I suppose I could make my screen a little brighter ....

A rare outing for me last weekend - a very grey and dull day and not that happy with anything I got but enjoyed it all the same smile

That looks like a C19th etching rather than a photo. (I mean that as a compliment by the way)

How!? You must have been very very quiet, how close to it were you? That’s a fantastic shot.

It was set up, chap with harvest mice in the countryside. All done well but not a great "in the wild" capture.

I'd have been tempted to concoct a story about lying in a field for hours before sunrise having noticed bite marks on some of the berries the night before.

14 yr Daughter took this image -- I didn't even see it as one to take - pleased she had the imagination to try.

Two from a recent Brighton trip.
I like the seaside in winter, its quiet a little bleak and sad whilst at the same time optimistically waiting for summer.
