If you click the link to Flickr you'll see the setting used - other than that you'll need a tripod, a great location and time it for when a bus passes

yeah thats the footpath/bridge I was thinking. I was at work and didnt have time to link to that. when you live somewhere you just pass things by and take absolutely no notice of them!
