I was on a hill on this side of the loch. No, really, I was.
No, really, really, I was. Look at the map.
The one with the mast on top? I remember on one trip my less sedentary mates decided a brisk walk round the back end of the loch and up to the mast was in order, and I was stupid enough to go along with it. There was also that massive house with the private railway platform being renovated as a hotel, not sure if they've managed to open it yet.I was on a hill on this side of the loch. No, really, I was.

I'm new to photography as it's a new semi-retirement hobby. Still lots to learn.
The first is a shot of Skiddaw that I took using a Mavic Pro 2 in RAW and enhanced using the Affinity Photo App on an ipad. The second is a distant shot of Helvellyn and Keswick.
Nice pictures, been to the top of both Skiddaw and Helvellyn and nice to see them from a different perspective The first is a shot of Skiddaw that I took using a Mavic Pro 2 in RAW and enhanced using the Affinity Photo App on an ipad. The second is a distant shot of Helvellyn and Keswick.
