There were about 10 offences. I summonsed him for two, and cautioned for the others. I had better things to do than write all day. Pleaded guilty to dangerous condition but his brief – the driver was rather posh and presumably rich – argued against the careless as it was on the same facts. If you were one of those people I hammered with every offence I could find after that, you can now see why.
