About £12 on eBay I think. The set-up does wobble a bit but I think that's the fault of the hotshoe on the cable rather than the ballhead. It is secure though; I don't worry that it's going to fall apart.

This is a bad place for a newbie. I keep getting shots I'm really happy with, uploading them, getting ready to post them... And then seeing the standard of pictures already on here eek

This guy almost ended up squished before I realised he was climbing up my car window:

Std lens at the moment 18-55, still undecided on new lens or tubes, very early stages in photography for me.

your shots are what started me taking Macro biggrin say no more bow

A few shots from a family walk around Black Pond on Esher Common this afternoon. I know the ant is a Formica species of some kind, but if anyone knows exactly what kind it is, I'd love to know.
