Hi Mike,

Sorry for being a last minute addition, but could you put me down as a deffo for a set if not too late please.

Very unlikely to be a S Club unfortunately (due to family stuff & a slight lack of windscreen in the car at the moment frown) so just let me know what works for you with regard to £.

I'm in absolutely no rush at all so happy to join the queue, but they really do look soooo much better than my current home made efforts that it'd be rude not to go for a pair!

Little update, two black and one red pair made, will have with me Monday (if I don't forget to put in the car).I've got Simon and Gary down but if any one else going maybe you could have Simon's as he only lives round the corner from me?

Fabric bought for the rest, got some blue, its very dark blue but it is blue!

I'll PM each each of you as they're ready and sort out payment + postage.

Hi Mike,
looking at tomorrow's weather forecast, can the roof covers double as rain capes?
Might need a couple of eye-holes in them though.

Mike my gf has a massive barn full of mainly upholstery fabric, I can ask if there is any leatherette if you want. We may well be at S Club.

Too late !

Thanks for the offer Chris but all fabric now bought but there may be more?

I'm also planning on re-trimming the Taimar one day so be very interested in what colours/textures she may have. Hopefully have a chat tomorrow?

Mike.

Bags all made !

If those who have not had them yet could pm me your address's or address you'd like them posted to I'll get them on their way to you.
If you're happy with them send cheque by return or I can put details in to transfer electronically.

Bad news is they're quite heavy (just over a kilo) so postage is another £5 I'm afraid. If you'd like to collect them or sort something else out just let me know.
( I live in Redditch, work in Birmingham if that's any help )?

Mike.

Now, iam a relative newcomer to the TVR-s scene having bought mine a few months back.
I too am in need of the roof panel bags your sister has been making, i would be in no rush, but if she's happy making them Iam happy to put my name down for a set ( in blue if poss) whenever it suits her.
I can pay up front if it helps, cheers for now Matt

Hi Matt, I'll speak to Chris over the weekend but don't think one more set will be a problem. The blue fabric is a very dark blue, ok?

Just a thought...

this is the ex "Gerald" shower cap which I won on ebay a few weeks ago. Even over this short period of time it has proved invaluable - I can go off for the weekend with a boot full of bags/golf clubs leaving the roof panels at home. The rear straps are designed to hook under the rear arches of an S2 but on an S3 the different anatomy means that I clip them under the targa section.

OK not brilliant when it comes to security but as a temporary shower cap whilst you go shopping/attend a sporting event its pretty much ideal. No doubt Norman will still have the original pattern (he had it made as a one-off)>

PS - it can fit more snugly than this - I just slung it on quickly to take the photo...
