7.5 sierra cosworth go for a lsd if u can
Do not buy one of these it has the wrong driveflanges and your driveshafts won't fit.. also only 3.64 ratio. LSD is always nice mindThanks

Sierra XR4x4 or Granada 24v have the 100mm flanges, and are LSD, but I *think* they're 3.38 ratio, which would blunt a V6 off quite badly (though likely be fine on a V8S). They're also hens teeth rare.
Hello Mr K the Granada Cosworth (early) is 3.64 too I had one for a while with an added quaife ATB LSD.. bloody great diff that. I then went to a 7" 3.15 for the Jag engine only has viscous LSD which is IMHO no where near as good as the Quaife but stil way better than an open diff.
When I said wrong ratio it was only because the OP asked for a high (?) ratio exchange item.
Custom driveshafts would do it, at least they are all nice and new not not standard price either IIRC Alan W ended up going Costorth across the entire rear end to make his fit
Cheers

I put a 4.15 crown wheel from a 1600 Sierra and pinion into my 7.5" Granada Cossy diff - works ok - certainly not as grippy as a quafe or plate but good enough. With the wheels and tyres I'm using gives near a damn it 20mph / 1000 revs. Not been a hindrance for cruising as rarely go more the a tun (Euro tour).

I didn't know the early Granada ones were 3.64. I'd say that's good to know, but it's not, cos it means I could have saved a lot of hassle if I'd fitted one! Custom shafts were an expense, but in the grand scheme of things not too bad When I said wrong ratio it was only because the OP asked for a high (?) ratio exchange item.

Dear all,
I bought a 3.64 RS500 LSD diff with 108 flanges. It had an up rated visco LSD for racing. The 108mm flanges comes right out an you can insert 100mm flanges with no other changes. I only changed the flanges and kept TVR S3C drive shafts original.
Now that diff is out and I bought a 4.27 diff from a Scorpio 2.0 16v 1996 so now the LSD unit from the RS500 diff and the gears from the Scorpio diff is giong into my original TVR diff.
Hence I will have 2 pairs of 100mm flanges to stick into your Cossie diff if of interest. I also have the original Cossie 108 flanges.
Kind regrds
